All our services are constantly evolving to meet new requirements.

Advertising
All live vacancies are advertised with the top IT Job Boards, IT Publications & Newspapers. An automated advertising system links our database to our advertising partners and our website, enabling us to advertise immediately upon receiving a new job vacancy.

We can develop comprehensive client advertising campaigns to drive awareness of recruitment, this can include a profile on our website & newsletter, internet & newspaper advertising and client paid advertising at reduced rates to you.

Training & Development
ITI – Information Technology Institute, our training partner runs regular IT training workshops and programs. If you wish to enroll on a course or put one of your team on one, De Winter can offer you a discount on the fees.

HR Solutions

Managed Services
For clients who wish to outsource all their IT recruitment, we appoint a team of dedicated consultants to co-ordinate, manage and administer all IT recruitment activities. This service is based in our office and we use separate systems and management reporting tools to manage it.

Technical & Psychometric Testing
Technical and psychometric testing can be provided along with our normal recruitment practices. Just tell us the type of testing you would like administered and we will take care of the rest.
